I ordered an 8” bracelet and it was too small. So I ordered a 9” bracelet and it was too big. Then I realized that I’d received a 7” bracelet instead of the 8”. Now I have two bracelets that I can’t wear and I haven’t been able to get a response to my requests for assistance. Hopefully I can get this rectified, the bracelets are beautiful. Just wish I could wear them.

I already had a bad experience from the start when UPS charged me $90 at my front door just to release my package, which I was never clearly informed about beforehand. When I finally received my order, everything was wrong — the items were incorrect and not what I ordered. To make matters worse, I have emailed NovoRo multiple times requesting a refund, and they have not responded at all. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I would not recommend this company.
it’s not like the picture, I don’t like it. tried reaching out for an exchange but they don’t respond. they also offer a $20 off coupon for leaving a review but the coupon doesn’t work. this company has really gone to shit and it’s sad because I used to love buying from them.
