Loveee the bracelet, gave it as a Christmas gift (which didn’t come in time, but I also didn’t consider the time of purchase). It’s gorgeous and feels durable. The placement of the ojos is nice. It’s a clasp like latch to secure the bracelet on your wrist. However, I believe I didn’t realize I had to choose a size or I accidentally chose 6inch which was a bit too small. But that’s one me! So I would just say be careful at which size you select. This is my second purchase and no complaints from me!

Although I love the bracelet in disappointed that I had to repurchase a bracelet for a granddaughter that some how shipped to my previous address even though I have ordered items that I received at my current address. I reached out to customer service and they said they don't give refunds or resend merch if it is delivered to the wrong address. I ended up having to repurchase a larger bracelet since the smaller sz was sold out. This was a gift for our granddaughter from my husband who passed away. It read very important and sentimental. I'm on a waiting list for a smaller sz that I will also have to purchase because so it fits her right. Pay close attention to your information before you click order now. Even if you've ordered before and had no problem receiving the item still check. I wish I would've instead of assuming it was all good.
