Received this as part of a mystery box. The ring is pretty but it came with a missing stone. Reached out to them and when they finally responded on April 24th, they said they were sending out a new item. An order confirmation was sent out but nothing has shipped. I reached out again on May 1st and they said the shipping delay was due to a large amount of orders. It's been 2 weeks since and I still haven't received anything. Not to mention, the Cuban bracelet that I ordered for myself is already turning colors. I've only had it for about 1 month. The heart ring that came in the mystery box is changing colors as well. Overall not happy with the purchase or customer service.
