Things I like- beautiful, no missing stones, sent a picture of my son, and it appears to be nicely enameled(?) In there.
Things to note: the heart is pretty big. There's no dimensions anywhere, or photos of a model wearing it, and I have in my mind the size a locket would be, and this significantly bigger but hey it's pretty. It took about 4 weeks or so to receive this, and when I messaged to ask about it, I did get a prompt reply. There is now a notice under the custom necklace's description.
The major drawback I have is that there is no chain length in the description, and it's basically a choker, to the point I almost have a hard time clasping it. I will need to either replace the chain, or get my hands on a necklace extender. It may be personal preference for some, and maybe I should've inquired before ordering it, but it just seems odd to make a necklace so incredibly short
